3 Simple & Healthy Food Ideas

i. Greek yogurt with blueberries, a sprinkle of granola, and a drizzle of honey.
ii. Healthy pancakes made using this recipe, with the addition of blueberries, cinnamon, and golden syrup.
iii. Apples sandwiched together with peanut butter. The best.

What snacks do you enjoy making (and eating)?

love,
Hannah

  1. I spread peanut butter on apple slices, that is one of my favorite snacks! Other snacks I like usually include leftovers form the fridge, and homemade greek yogurt with various toppings.

  3. Nom nom! I love greek yogurt parfaits (I top mine with flaxseed, blueberries, and agave syrup). And banana egg pancakes are another favorite of mine. A few other favorites:

-Black bean brownies (still experimenting and trying to create the perfect guilt-free recipe)
-Chocolate cake made out of *SSSHHH* cauliflower (http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2012/06/18/cauliflower-chocolate-cake/)
    -Sesame seed tahini cookies
-Quinoa on everything (I use it as porridge for breakfast, salad texture for lunch, pasta replacement at dinner, and with honey and coconut oil for dessert. Basically, I could live of of quinoa)

Chocolate covered Katie is my favorite healthy dessert blogger. She has some great recipes including tofu chocolate pie and garbanzo bean cookie dough dip.
