My Autumn Playlist

The leaves have changed a time or two,
Since the last time the train came through,
I got my ticket and I'm going to go home.
- The Civil Wars

Sick of "Autumn Playlist" posts? I hope not, because here's mine.

In summer, I listened to a lot of Imagine Dragons, Owl City, and Taylor Swift. When autumn came around, I immediately switched to Mumford & Sons, Ed Sheeran, and NEEDTOBREATHE.
It just makes sense.

You can see my full Autumn Playlist on Spotify.

Autumn Instrumental:
Here's some pretty instrumental songs I've been listening to while I do schoolwork.

What have you been listening to? Does your taste in music vary according to the time of year?

love,
Hannah

  2. You like Mumford and Sons, Ed Sheeran and Imagine Dragons? Me too! I'll have to check out some of these other artists too. (-: I actually don't really listen to music seasonally, but occasionally I'll find a song or album that I connect with a certain season. This is a great post! You should definitely do an other one for Winter.

  3. This is awesome, Hannah! I've listened to a few of Audrey Assad songs and really loved them! Also, I absolutely love the movie War Horse, but I never thought of listening to the soundtrack. What a great idea! I think I'll have to listen to that while writing! =) I've been listening to Newsies (going to see an off Broadway production of it in December!) and Civil war era music mostly. =)

    1. Thanks, Emily! The War Horse soundtrack is by John Williams, so it's completely great!
Oh man, I love, love, love Newsies! That is incredible that you are going to see it. You'll have to make a post all about it! :O
